How travel works

In-person lessons depend on travel time and your preferred slot. If an area is a stretch for a particular evening, online is usually just as effective — same one-to-one teaching, less commuting.

I only list places I’m genuinely willing to travel to. If you’re just outside this list, message me anyway; online covers the rest of the UK.

Areas I cover in person

• Tooting Bec — Home base. The easiest place for regular in-person lessons.
• Tooting / Tooting Broadway — Very close by — a straightforward in-person option most weeks.
• Balham — A short journey from Tooting Bec; I regularly take in-person students here.
• Streatham — Workable for in-person lessons when schedules line up; online is a good fallback.
• Clapham — Possible for in-person depending on travel time and timing; online if that’s simpler.
• Wandsworth — In person when travel is realistic for the slot; otherwise online works well.
• Colliers Wood — Nearby and usually easy to fit for in-person lessons.
• Mitcham — Often doable in person; happy to confirm based on your street and preferred times.
• Earlsfield — Within my usual travel range for in-person tutoring.

Online UK-wide

Online lessons use the same approach as in person: clear explanations, steady practice, and past papers closer to exams. Many families prefer online for flexibility even when they live nearby.
